Group AccountantPlus

As a Group Accountant, you will oversee the daily management of accounting and financial activities of the company, while ensuring all reporting & procedures are in compliance with the regulatory requirements. Your primary duties include:

Job Duties
  • Responsible for all aspects of the financial and management reporting functions, business analysis in all financial aspects, including group consolidation, cash flow, tax and budgeting.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and full-year accounts and ensuring that the deadlines are met to fulfill SGX requirements
  • Conduct financial analysis of the performance of various business initiatives, provide analyses and commentaries on monthly and annual financial reports, as well as file statutory, business statistics and other types of returns as required by the local tax and legal legislations.
  • Oversee and liaise on day-to-day operating requirements of the business, including receipts and payment requirements, and support the resolution of all potential operating issues.
  • Ensure that all accounting activities comply with the group accounting policies and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
  • Ensure compliance with all aspects of statutory, tax and regulatory requirements for the group of companies in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate and improve on the effectiveness and efficiency of existing accounting processes, internal controls and procedures.
  • Support and work closely within and across departments to provide for their financial and management information requirements.
  • Coordinate and liaise with external auditors in relation to audit requirements and deliverables, including preparation of audited financial statements.
  • Coordinate and liaise with tax agents in relation to tax requirements and deliverables, including review of tax computation
  • Prepare financial sustainability report for the Group.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis, undertake special projects as and when required.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent
  • At least 4 years' of relevant experience in CPA firm and/or commercial
  • Good knowledge on Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
  • Strong analytical individual with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Work well in a team as well as independently

Finance ManagerPlus

SingHaiyi Group Ltd has an opening for a Finance Manager.

As a Finance Manager, you will lead a team and oversee the accounting & financial activities of the Group of companies, while ensuring that all reporting & control procedures are in compliance with the regulatory requirements. Your primary duties include:

Job Duties
Compliance & Control
  • Ensure statutory audit, tax and regulatory compliance
  • Review and enhance existing accounting processes, internal controls, SOP and workflow
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory filings
  • Ensure compliance with the Group's accounting policies and International Financial Reporting Standards
Financial Management & Reporting
  • Review and analyse monthly accounts/reports as well as quarterly/yearly SGX results' announcements for reporting, consolidation and performance management within deadlines

Assistant Manager, Investor Relations Plus

SingHaiyi Group is looking for an Assistant Manager, Investor Relations to support the team. This role will support the CFO, as well as the Head, Investor Relations.

Job Duties
Investor Relations
  • Develop content that communicates the company's key messages through media releases, announcements, annual report, investor presentations, corporate website and other communication materials.
  • Lead the quarterly & yearly results announcements, such as results media materials & presentation, FAQ, management script, and relevant follow-ups.
  • Maintain intelligence through regular monitoring of market information and reports from analyst, industry, competitor & news articles; and provide timely feedback to management.
  • Support the branding and communications, as well as sustainability-related matters.
Job Requirements
  • A degree in Communications, Business Administration, Finance or related field
  • At least 3 to 5 years' of experience in investor relations, preferably with Real Estate coverage
  • Good writing skills, with a strong command of English & Chinese
  • Good networking and communication skills

Job Duties
Corporate Secretariat
  • Handle full spectrum of corporate secretariat duties, including company incorporation and other corporate exercises
  • Ensure accurate and timely compliance with the requirements under the Singapore Companies Act and other statutory requirements
  • Attend board, management and committee meetings; prepare and review resolutions, minutes, relevant statutory forms and other related documents

We are searching for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering commercial and/or residential projects.

You will function as the overall Lead in ensuring that project activities are carried out on schedule, within the project budget, and met the design and safety standards. You must have extensive experience in all areas of construction, and you must be comfortable managing multiple projects at any one time. Your primary job duties include:

  • Oversee development projects from the design phase through construction and completion includes potential land acquisition, feasibility analysis, design concept and implementation, coordination of start-up operations with main contractors.
  • Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of multiple or large scale projects and exercise a high level of independent judgment in the conduct of business responsibility with minimal supervision.
  • Assist in the selection and appointment of Project Consultants.
  • Coordinate and monitor Project Consultants' design work progress, monitoring of submission to and approval by local authorities
  • Develop and submit progress status reports tracking work progress and cost, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
  • Ensure completion of project meeting the time, cost and quality objectives.
Job Requirements
  • 5-10 years' of experience, with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, preferably in property development or construction industry
  • Proven track record of successful project completions and high customer satisfaction.
  • Able to manage multiple projects concurrently, with an emphasis on proper follow-up/reporting
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to facilitate communication with mandarin-speaking teams and levels of management
