Investor Relations cum Executive AssistantPlus

Due to increasing business needs, SingHaiyi Group is looking for an Assistant Manager, Investor Relations cum Executive Assistant to support the team. This role will support the GMD & CFO, as well as the Head, Investor Relations.

Job Duties
Investor Relations
  • Develop content that communicates the company’s key messages through media releases, announcements, annual report, investor presentations, corporate website and other communication materials.
  • Lead the quarterly & yearly results announcements, such as results media materials & presentation, FAQ, management script, and relevant follow-ups.
  • Maintain intelligence through regular monitoring of market information and reports from analyst, industry, competitor & news articles; and provide timely feedback to management.
  • Support the branding and communications, as well as sustainability-related matters.
Executive Assistant to GMD & CFO
  • Schedule and co-ordinate meetings/ business travel.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • A degree in Communications, Business Administration, Finance or related field
  • At least 3 to 5 years’ of experience in investor relations, preferably with Real Estate coverage
  • Good writing skills, with a strong command of English & Chinese
  • Good networking and communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Confident and persuasive, and able to manage all levels
  • Good computer skills, especially in Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Corporate Secretariat cum Executive AssistantPlus

SingHaiyi Group is looking for a Corporate Secretariat cum Executive Assistant to support the GMD & CFO.

Job Duties
Corporate Secretariat
  • Handle full spectrum of corporate secretariat duties, including company incorporation and other corporate exercises
  • Ensure accurate and timely compliance with the requirements under the Singapore Companies Act and other statutory requirements
  • Attend board, management and committee meetings; prepare and review resolutions, minutes, relevant statutory forms and other related documents
  • Ensure timely update of internal database of contract registers and all entities’ corporate details (including shareholdings, directorships and key appointment holders)
  • Release announcements to SGX via SGXNet
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned from time to time
Executive Assistant to GMD & CFO
  • Schedule and co-ordinate meetings/ business travel.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) qualification or those pursuing, and/or Degree / Diploma in Business Admin / Law
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of corporate secretarial experience
  • Good organization and communication skills
  • Bilingual with proficiency in English and Mandarin to facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking teams and various departments and levels of management
  • Sound understanding of Singapore Companies Act and ACRA filing requirements
  • Detail-oriented and possessing a high degree of professionalism and responsibility
  • Good team player and able to multi-task; and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good computer skills, especially in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
