Assistant Manager, Investor Relations Plus

SingHaiyi Group is looking for an Assistant Manager, Investor Relations to support the team. This role will support the CFO, as well as the Head, Investor Relations.

Job Duties
Investor Relations
  • Develop content that communicates the company's key messages through media releases, announcements, annual report, investor presentations, corporate website and other communication materials.
  • Lead the quarterly & yearly results announcements, such as results media materials & presentation, FAQ, management script, and relevant follow-ups.
  • Maintain intelligence through regular monitoring of market information and reports from analyst, industry, competitor & news articles; and provide timely feedback to management.
  • Support the branding and communications, as well as sustainability-related matters.
Job Requirements
  • A degree in Communications, Business Administration, Finance or related field
  • At least 3 to 5 years' of experience in investor relations, preferably with Real Estate coverage
  • Good writing skills, with a strong command of English & Chinese
  • Good networking and communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Confident and persuasive, and able to manage all levels
  • Good computer skills, especially in Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Receptionist Plus

SingHaiyi Group Ltd is looking for a Receptionist to join our team.

Primary role is to handle walk-in customers in a professional manner by assisting with their needs and responding to queries promptly. To direct them to appropriate service, and in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

Job Duties
  • Perform receptionist duties and administrative duties
  • Perform telephone operator duties
  • Ensure general cleanliness of meeting rooms and reception area
  • Assist in the booking of meeting rooms
  • Assist in the preparation of meetings and conference calls
  • Maintain the inventory of office & pantry supplies, such as stationeries, papers, toners, etc.
  • Sort, retrieve and distribute incoming and out-going mail
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Experience as Receptionist or customer service ground job (Candidates who work at hotel industry or as Cabin Crew are welcome to apply)
  • Customer-oriented with high level of service attitude
  • Able to project a professional, healthy and well-groomed appearance
  • Bilingual with proficiency in English and Mandarin
  • Good computer skills and communication skills

Sales Co-ordinatorPlus

SingHaiyi Group Ltd has an opening for a Sales Co-ordinator.

As a Sales Co-ordinator, you will provide support to the sales team by becoming the go to expert for our sales process documentation. You will need to stay abreast of regulatory changes to ensure compliance. You must be self-driven, high energy & focused, and can work well with both internal and external partners.

You may be based at the site during project launches.

Job Duties
  • Provide support in the preparation of and follow-through on sales documentation
  • Handle telephone, email and walk-in enquiries
  • Develop a filing system to keep all active sales files available digitally and in hard copy form, for easy access & retrieval
  • Troubleshoot customer issues relating to documentation, billing & general inquiries
  • Track and provide updates on unit's availability & pricing through daily reporting of our various developments
  • Take the lead in organising the resources necessary to put together an updated and accurate inventory of sales units and customers' database
  • Prepare timely and accurate monthly invoices for Sales Commission
  • Prepare monthly reports for sales
  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • At least a Polytechnic Diploma
  • Fluent in English & Mandarin (written & oral)
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and be Internet savvy
  • Has initiative and able to work independently
  • Good telephone & email etiquette
  • Organised and customer-focused
  • Be meticulous and have good follow-through
  • Able to multi-task and be deadline conscious
